Why did I get an API error in Moodle when using a Kaltura recorded Video?

Sometimes after uploading and submitting an item that is a recorded Kaltura Video, either as a resource or a video assignment you may receive an error that looks like this:

This means the video is still processing, please check your "My Media" tab to view the uploading process, or check back later after the video has finished uploading / transcoding - especially if it was a long recording / large video file.
