After adding Duo to your Trine account, your email may stop working if you are using the native mail app on macOS. Follow the instructions below to resolve that issue.
Note: You must be running version 10.14 (Mojave) for this to work properly.
1) Delete your @my.trine.edu mail profile from the native mail app
2) Open the Applications folder
3) Open the Utilities folder
4) Open Keychain Access
5) From the Keychain Access menu (upper left corner) choose "Quit Keychain Access"
6) Leave Keychain off while you re-add your @my.trine.edu email profile.
a) At this point you should be prompted to authenticate with Duo
7) After successfully authenticating, verify your email is populating before turning Keychain back on
