Splashtop - Why can't I see a remote lab computer?

Depending on the lab, and as directed by a Department Chair or Dean, there may only be specific scheduled times when remote computers are available.  This may be done to avoid conflicts with a class to accommodate students in the lab(s).  If the icon for the computer is 'greyed out' and showing as offline, the computer is likely powered off accidentally.  Certainly contact the Information Technology Services team via chat or (260) 665-4275.
