On Monday, May 12th IT Services will begin swapping out MFP’s and Printers on Angola Campus and ending at BCHP. A tentative schedule below of the rotation. 

These are new versions of the current hardware. Settings, options, etc. on the new machines are identical to what is currently in your offices. The exception is the home screen now has a button to quickly access the pending print jobs and a separate button to access all other machine functions. You can come by IT Services to view the prototype if you’re curious on what the new MFP’s look like.
