IT Services recently implemented a new AI-based email protection system to reduce phishing attempts, spam, and other malicious emails reaching inboxes. The new system is already protecting our email environment. It will continue learning and improving over time based on the messages we receive. 

As part of the process, some suspicious or questionable messages may deliver to your Junk email folder instead of your Inbox. Users should periodically review junk emails to ensure legitimate messages are not mistakenly filtered. Junk email subject lines may read "{Classified Borderline Attach}" or "{Classified Spam}".
