Trine uses the following naming convention when creating a username:

-First initial of first name

-First initial of middle name

-Full last name

-Year first registered for classes

So for example, John B Doe that first registered for classes in 2020 would be

jbdoe20 for the username and jbdoe20@my.trine.edu for their e-mail address.

Please remember that you can use the same username and password to access MyPortal, e-mail, Moodle and other Office365 web applications.
