If you would like to add resources for your students in Moodle, you can do the following:
1. Turn editing on:
2. Select Add an activity or resource near the section where you would like the activity to appear:
3. Once you open the activity chooser menu, you will have a list of different resources to choose from:
4. This is the same menu used when you want to add activities as well. You will want to scroll down on the left-hand pane to find the list of resources.
5. When you find a resource that you would like to Add, select Add. Once you do this you will be prompted to complete additional settings relative to the resource that you would like to add.
