1. Select the Quiz activity within your course:

2. Navigate to the corresponding gear icon and select Edit quiz:

3. When you are editing the quiz, select Add followed by Random Question:

4. Select the category that contains the questions from your question bank:

5. Next, in the drop-down menu for a number of random questions, select the desired number:

6. Once you have selected the number you would like, choose to Add random question:

7. You will then see your questions appear like so:
