GlobalProtect Connect does not work

If you select the Connect button in the Cisco GlobalProtect VPN and nothing happens please try these steps:


1) Select the sandwich menu icon in the upper right of the GlobalProtect app. 


2) Select Settings

3) Delete the current vpn address. You may need to confirm after selecting Delete


4) Select the Add button and enter the VPN address: vpn.trine.edu

5) Select Save and then exit out of the settings menu by selecting the "X" in the upper-right of the menu

6) Select Connect again on the VPN
