Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS devices can use Papercut Mobility Print to print from their devices directly to Trine's virtual printing queue - TrinePrintQueue
It is preferred that your device be connected to the Thunder_WiFi wireless network.
This website provides instructions and a brief video tutorial for all devices. Just select the device that you want to enable the Mobility Printing and you will see step-by-step instructions on how to install the app or driver and start printing.
Once Papercut Mobility is connected to TrinePrintQueue, follow these steps to release your print job directly to your printer:
1) go to printing.trine.edu
2) Enter your Trine username and password and select login or Sign in
3) From the Papercut screen, select Jobs Pending Release on the left side of the screen.
4) Select Print next to individual print jobs or Release all to print all jobs in your print queue.
5) The full printer list will populate. Scroll and find the printer for your location. Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut CTRL+F and type the name of the City your campus is located in.
If in Phoenix, select the printer for Phoenix: TU-047
If in Detroit, select the printer for Detroit classroom 1/2 Office: TU-077
Detroit classroom 6: TU-097
Virginia: TU-113
5) Once you select your printer, the print job will automatically release and print. You will see it disappear from your Jobs Pending Release screen.
