We're looking to add applications as the need arises. The 'building' of applications is still new to the Trine University Information Technology Services team. Your patience is appreciated when requesting new applications. Currently, the process for requesting an application for the AppsAnywhere platform can be done simply by submitting as much detail for the application to the help@trine.edu email account. Until we develop a form, please include the following in your email:
- Software title
- Version/build or patch level
- Requested date for software to be available
- Is the software free/open source or does require purchase of licenses
- If restrictions are implemented, what lab or faculty members should have access
As any request submitted to the HelpDesk, you'll receive notification of ticket number assigned in the system and we'll communicate with you based on that ticket.
Note: At this time, we're still learning how to 'build' the applications for the AppsAnywhere platform and we're unable to give estimates on lead time for how long it will take to accommodate requests. Please submit your application requests far in advance (2-3 weeks at minimum at this time).
