You can access voicemail options from the Microsoft Teams app or your Yealink MP56 phone. If you use the Teams app, you will need to have a microphone and speaker available. These are standard on Trine-issued laptop computers. 

 - From within the Microsoft Teams app, select the dots next to your profile icon/image in the top of Teams. 

 - From the Calls select the Configure Voicemail button

 - Select the Record a greeting button. Teams will call your voicemail and you may follow the prompts to configure a custom greeting. 

 - From your Yealink MP56 phone, select the account bubble in the upper-right of the screen. This could contain your initials or your image if you have previously uploaded it. 

 - Select the gear icon labeled Settings from the dropdown

 - Select Calling from the list

 - Under the Voicemail section, there is an option  titled  Change Voicemail greetings. Select this and Teams will call your voicemail through your Yealink MP56 phone
