Panopto Support - Faculty and Students

Did you know that our Panopto license includes direct support from Panopto for Faculty and students? 


 - Go to Panopto Support and select Login from the top banner. 

 - Enter your Trine email address, select Trine Video Library if prompted, then select the SSO login if prompted.  


You can create live chat with a customer service agent or create a service ticket for support. There are also self-help knowledge articles and tutorials lower on the page if you scroll down.
