Do you "know" your password, but it's not working for Thunder_WiFi or Papercut? Does your password pop up automatically when you log into Moodle or something else web-based? Then you're possibly entering the incorrect password. Internet Browsers like Chrome and Firefox can remember your passwords if you have that setting enabled. But what your browser has saved is sometimes different than what you remember. If this describes what is happening, you can look up your stored password instead of resetting it!
