If you access your Windows start menu and cannot find the Jenzabar 2024 Remote Application, follow the steps below. Note - you need to be authorized as a Jenzabar user and Remote Application user. Contact IT Services if you have any questions or need access.
- In the taskbar, select the up-arrow to show hidden icons
- Select the Remote Applications icon
- Select Open RemoteApp and Desktop Applciations
- Select View details from the screen
- Select the Update now button. One it runs, the Finish button will be visible at the bottom right. Selecting that will close the tool
Return to your Windows start menu. When you start typing in "Jenzabar" you will see the Jenzabar Remote Applciation.
