If you've entered grades in the Turnitin grader window but the grades are not showing in the Moodle grade book, these steps will help resolve that. This only affects grades entered manually at the top of the Turnitin grading area. It does not happen when grading rubrics are used within Turnitin. 

You will need to repeat this short fix for all affected students/grades from Turnitin.
