Change your password on the web

  1. Go to portal.office.com and enter in your email address and password to sign into your account.
  2. In the top right hand corner, click the settings/gear icon.

The password must be at least 10 characters and contain 3 of the following: upper case letter, lower case letter, a number or special character. The password cannot contain your first, last, or username. You cannot reuse your last 10 passwords. We recommend creating a passphrase. For example, "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog!".
